We understand the functional requirements of today’s market with respect to institutional investment strategies, and we can facilitate corporate decisions with appropriate exit strategies in mind.

We have recently been awarded consultant contracts from both the Village of Elk Grove and the Village of Addison to study the re-development of their industrial areas.
